JOB DESCRIPTION
Do you want to help develop the future of support and care in Årjäng Municipality?
We are now looking for a driven and curious business developer with a particular focus in the near term on creating working methods that ensure we meet the Activity Requirement in a smart, sustainable, and legally secure way, always with the needs of the residents at the center and in line with the intentions of the Social Services Act.
In this role, you will analyze and challenge our current routines, drive development and change work together with managers and employees, and translate ideas into concrete practices that make a real difference for both residents and staff. The tasks will be developed in close collaboration with the operations manager based on needs and legislative guidelines, which requires you to be self-driven, structured, and capable of moving processes forward.
You will report to the operations manager and be part of the staff, where you will become an important partner to the management. With us, you will have great opportunities to influence, work strategically, and at the same time be close to the operations. Together, we create a modern support and care operation with high quality, participation, and meaningful activities always focused on meeting the needs of the residents.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant higher education in social work or a related field.
- Good knowledge of the intentions of the Social Services Act and the ability to implement them in practice.
- Experience in development and change work, preferably within support and care.
- Ability to analyze and improve working methods with a focus on residents' needs.
- Self-driven, structured, and analytical with good collaborative skills.
- Good digital competence and experience with operational systems.
- Knowledge of evidence-based methods and experience of collaboration between the public sector and civil society.
